Rent collection

All tenants receive a monthly statement in advance, our system enables us to accurately reconcile any rent or outgoings payments and send out notices accordingly

Management of Property Outgoings

We ensure your accounts are paid on time and invoice your tenant promptly for reimbursement (where applicable)

Annual rental increases

We diarise and ensure your annual increase whether it be CPI, fixed or capped are implemented in accordance with your lease agreement given the appropriate notification to both the tenant & owner

Rent/market reviews

We work with you, our client to ensure the rent keeps pace with the current market rates obtaining the highest return possible for your portfolio and that the appropriate notification is given to the tenant to comply with the lease agreement

Maintenance

Being a local agency for over 25 years, we have a team of experienced, reliable contractors who have proved themselves to be knowledgeable in their field, efficient and prudent with their charges - we find the right tradesman for the job !

Payment to you

We process the end of month transactions on the first working day of each month, any rental monies and outgoings recovered within that month are paid directly to a nominated bank account less our fees on that same day and a full rental statement is emailed/posted to each Landlord or any nominated third party e.g. Owner’s Accountant.
